Competition Terms and Conditions

  • Eligibility
    1.1. The competition is open to members of puregym or join puregym spinning field to redeem the prize.
  • Entry Requirements
    2.1. Entries must be submitted via the specified method above before the closing date.
    2.2. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries only one entry will be submitted.
  • Closing Date
    3.1. The competition closes at midnight on jan 31st. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
  • Prize
    4.1. The prize is detailed above and is not transferable or exchangeable.
    4.2. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or any other alternatives.
    4.3. We reserves the right to substitute the prize with an equivalent of equal value if necessary.
  • Winner Selection
    5.1. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
    5.2. The winner will be notified via [email/social media/phone] within 1 days of the competition closing.
    5.3. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 3 days, a new winner will be selected.
  • Liability
    6.1. We accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical or other reasons.
    6.2. By entering the competition, participants agree to release Anton Douglas from any liability arising from their participation or use of the prize.

    7.1. Personal data provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

    8.1. Anton Douglas reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
